MCIE offers workplace based training for all your educators to attain the Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care. This not only helps you to comply with Government regulations, but also provides your educators with the skills and training necessary manage the complex daily challenges involved in running early Childhood facilities.

This course provides Early Childhood Educators with the skills and knowledge to design and develop approved learning frameworks to nurture children’s learning and growth in line with the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard. Students are required to successfully complete 28 units of competency and undertake 240 hours of mandatory work placement in an early childhood education centre.
