Bernard comes to MCIE, with over 40 years experience in the hospitality and tourism industry.

Bernard has been with MCIE virtually from the beginning and has continued his passion FOR training. he has, under the MCIE banner, SUCCESSFULLY trained students with special learning needs for Yooralla in Certificate II IN KITCHEN OPERATIONS.

Bernard comes to MCIE, with over 40 years experience in the hospitality and tourism industry; during this time he has won numerous culinary awards as well as an award for excellence for tourism. He has been accredited for being the first commercial producer of gourmet pies in Australia, the first Kosher pie, and developing the first heart foundation pie.
