Telephone Services

Telephone Counselling services provide free and confidential counselling services to individuals. By empowering a person to talk about their experience, situations can become clearer and solutions more obtainable. Trained counsellors are available every day of the year.
If you require an interpreter you may need to contact the service, provide them with your name, phone number, and language of interpreter. The service may then need to call you back with the interpreter.

LIFELINE is a 24 hour, 7 days a week telephone counselling service available to all people experiencing personal crisis. It provides support and suicide prevention services.
