This short course is available to study at our Melbourne CBD campus. Call us to discuss your study options.

Our barista basics class teaches you the foundation skills of coffee making from the very beginning. You will leave this course knowing how to use the espresso machine, extract espresso, froth milk and make all the coffees on an Australian coffee menu.

Certification

This is a non-accredited course. Certificates of completion will be issued on the day for successful participants.

There are no pre-requisite units for this course, however as the course is delivered in English. Learners must have the ability to read, write and understand English at a competent level to ensure successful completion. We require students to be at least intermediate level of English or above.
