In this program you will learn:

  • How to set up for service
  • How to use an espresso machine
  • How to texturize your milk
  • How to pour to create the different coffees you will find on an Australian coffee menu
  • Clean and maintain the coffee machine/area

This is a non-accredited course. Certificates of completion will be issued on the day for successful participants.

Entry requirements

There are no pre-requisite units for this course, however as the course is delivered in English. Learners must have the ability to read, write and understand English at a competent level to ensure successful completion. We require students to be at least intermediate level of English or above.
