Your feedback is valuable and helps us get it right for everyone. We treat your feedback with respect, and will advise you how we will use it. If you would like to give us some feedback on your course, trainer, assessments, or our facilities, please select ‘feedback’ on this form.

I am not happy

Complaints are welcomed, every complaint is addressed with respect at MCIE and we aim to resolve your complaint as quickly as possible. Complaints lodged here are confidential and will only be made visible to MCIE management. To submit a complaint, please select ‘complaint’ above.
